Refund policy
We recognize this is a challenging time, and we remain deeply committed to the safety and welfare of our customers and associates.
To protect our staff against the spread of illness, all returns will remain unopened for 3 days after we receive them. We will process returns the first business day after this 3-day period. We really appreciate your understanding and patience as we take these precautions. After 3 days, we will do a quick inspection of the product to make sure it is in original condition and we will process your refund to the original form of payment. Please remember that it can take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Returns
We understand that sometimes orders do not work out. If you would like to return your order for a refund, please request a return within 10 days of receiving your order. If the allowed return period has already passed, please contact one of our customer service representatives.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed or unworn, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@studiobcanada.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Liquidation / Clearance
Some heavily discounted items may have moved to our liquidation/clearance category, in which case they are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method with the shipping fees deducted. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We cannot issue a refund for the original outbound shipping charge.
Order cancellations
Order cancellations are only possible before your order has been shipped and before you have received a shipping confirmation by email. You can verify your order's status by calling 1-855-363-2221. If you have already received the shipping confirmation, you may return the merchandise as soon as it arrives by following the process outlined above.
